Yorkshire technology firm snapped up

TECHNOLOGY and software business Trustmarque Solutions has been acquired by Liberata UK.

York-based Trustmarque will continue to operate as a separate entity and its current senior management team, including CEO, Scott Haddow, and sales and marketing director, Angelo Di Ventura, will remain responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations.

Together, Trustmarque and Liberata have combined revenues in excess of £240m, employing 2,000 people across multiple UK locations and a client base of more than 1,700 public and private sector customers.

London-headquartered Liberata, backed by Yorkshire-based turnaround investor Endless, is a business process services company that helps customers reinvent complex services, transactions and technology. Trustmarque, which has been operating for more than 25 years, helps organisations license, deploy and manage technology from a wide range of developers.
