West Yorkshire retail park continues its phased redevelopment

THE redevelopment of Westside Retail Park in Guiseley has continued with the completion of phase two.

The second phase saw the Next store at the West Yorkshire retail park nearly double in size to 26,800 sq ft after adding the fashion retailer’s Next At Home accessories and furnishing department as well as mezzanines. 

Phase three of the project, designed by Wakefield-headquartered The Harris Partnership, will include improvements to the site junction and store refurbishments, while Sports Direct has also opened. 

Further works including refurbishing the remaining Currys PC World retail terrace are scheduled to follow in the New Year.
