Castleford group to launch on AIM
Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) is to launch on AIM next month as it looks to continue its strong growth.
The Castleford-based group employs 200 people and provides access and safety services, specialising in design, installing and testing of electrical systems.
Its headquarters and distribution centre are in Castleford and it is has nine bases around the UK.
The company, founded in 2007, is targeting £100m turnover by 2017. Acquisitions and growth will see its 2014 turnover reach about £24.5m, up from £14m a year earlier.
The company is currently owned by chief executive Paul Teasdale and chairman John Foley, who have 35% each, and Hawk Investment Holdings which has 30%.
