Care company creates 50 jobs

CARE DYNAMICS has created 50 jobs following a move to new premises.

The company is recruiting for carers having expanded into larger facilities on otley Road in Shipley following a six-figure loan from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.

The company, which currently employs 100 people, has also brought its training services in house. Reduced spend on outsourcing has allowed the job creation.

Established in 2010, Care Dynamics provides personal care and social support for all ages and staff to health and social care organisations across Yorkshire and it was awarded the Yorkshire and Humber Care Employer of the Year award at the Great British Care Awards,

Cheryl Dibbin, director of Care Dynamics, said: “We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent standard of care, so by bringing training in-house we’re able to strengthen this offering and provide more people and families in the area with a range of high-quality services.

“Our new base, located in Shipley town centre, is also ideally positioned to help us recruit into more locations such as Shipley Keighley and Bingley, bringing valuable employment opportunities to the local communities.

Richard Hargreaves, relationship manager at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking added: “Care Dynamics has grown at pace in recent years and has a strong reputation for providing an outstanding level of care. The move into the new premises will enable the business to reach even more individuals and families in need across the area.”
