City’s latest build to rent scheme nears completion
BUILDING work is soon to complete on Leeds city centre’s latest ‘build to rent’ apartment scheme on New Briggate.
The development comprises 13 one and two bedroom fully furnished apartments and is being marketed by city living specialist Morgans.
The apartments, which will be ready to move into during the summer, are spread across five floors in a central location above the city’s North Bar, next to Leeds Grand Theatre and close to the flagship John Lewis store which is due to open in late October.
