Grade A space created after Don Valley revamp

A DEVELOPER is investing in the refurbishment of Distington House building in the Don Valley.

Liverpool-based developer Prospect GB is creating 20,000 sq ft of office space at Atlas Way Business Park with the project.

10,000 sq ft of space has been completely refurbished, and Prospect is now finishing another 4,000 sq ft.
