Physiotherapy clinic signs for Bruntwood’s West One

BRUNTWOOD has welcomed physiotherapy clinic West Point Practice (WPP) to West One, securing its fourth deal in as many weeks.

Specialising in physiotherapy, osteopathy and sports massage, WPP provides treatments for a range of conditions and works with elite football, cricket and rugby athletes.

Co-owner David Schrivener said: “It was important to us that we set up our new clinic within the business district of Leeds as this is where our existing client base is. We needed somewhere in a central location, with good access, excellent facilities and a quiet, comfortable setting in which our clients can receive their treatment. West One fits our needs perfectly.”

Matthew Wright, sales surveyor for Bruntwood in Leeds, said: “West Point Practice is a fantastic addition to West One; it’s great to see a company utilising the space differently and providing a new amenity within the building. The flurry of recent lettings at West One also demonstrates the current strength of the Leeds property market.”

Over the past four weeks, the commercial property company let over 5,000 sq ft of office space in four separate deals, taking the occupancy of West One to 99%.

The remaining suite consists of 2,128 sq ft and has exclusive use of an adjoining roof garden.
