Landwood hires ex-PwC property specialist
CHARTERED surveyors, auctioneers and asset managers The Landwood Group has hired Paul Holcroft to join its Leeds office as an associate director from the real estate team at PwC.
Mr Holcroft qualified as a chartered surveyor during his time at DTZ which he followed with key regional roles in commercial asset management.
His work at PwC focused on recovery and restructuring.
He brings experience across a wide range of property classes, providing advisory work, asset management solutions and strategic input to maximise the value of property.
