CBRE makes senior promotion

CBRE has promoted Ashley Hancox to head up its national office agency group across its UK network, including the teams in the North.

Mr Hancox, an executive director based at the firm’s Birmingham office, will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating CBRE’s office teams across its UK network in the North, Midlands and South, Scotland and the South East, excluding Central London which is run by Emma Crawford.

He takes over the role from Rob Madden, who has led the team since 2008.

Mr Madden said: “Having worked closely with Ash over the past eight years he has an outstanding track record of providing innovative clear advice to clients and delivering deals. There is absolutely no doubt he is the right man to lead our team of great agents across the country which now approaches 70 in number.”
