On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Nottingham-based auctioneer John Pye Auctions has appointed Faye Rollinson as its new marketing manager.
Rollinson has worked for the National Trust and Nottingham’s Galleries of Justice Museum and City of Caves among other roles.
She said: “John Pye Auctions is a market leader in the online auctions industry and I am proud to be joining such an innovative business at an exciting time in its growth.
“What excited me about the company is that it never stands still – it’s ambitious, innovative, consumer driven and is forever changing. The business has grown considerably just in the last few years alone and its future is incredibly exciting.

Fusion Building Systems, based in Northampton, has appointed Declan Cullen and Steve Alder to its senior management team.
As a practiced industry consultant with an impressive 15 years as head of operations for Taylor Wimpey’s timber frame company Prestoplan, Declan Cullen joins Fusion as head of construction.

Steve Alder is Fusion’s new manufacturing operations manager. He joins the business from Paintbox, a supplier of just-in-time (JIT) painted solutions for the automotive supply chain.
Fusion has also recruited Persimmon’s former head of design, Toby Bolt as technical manager, Peter Boyd from Innovare as commercial manager, Nikki Appiah from Travis Perkins as designer, Paul Lomas from Stewart Milne as pre-construction designer, and Lloyd Harden from Tingdene Homes as design team leader.
