On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Ibstock-based Company Image has celebrated its 10th year in business by appointing a new projects director.
Andy Dawson, who has been with the company for some time, now makes the step up at the fast growing office interior specialist.
Dawson has almost 18 years’ experience within the industry and has previously held roles including fabricator and fitter of bespoke joinery.
Managing director Jonathan Smalley said: “We are delighted to announce Andy Dawson’s promotion to project director. Over the past 4 years Andy has shown exceptional project management skills, successfully overseeing many of our projects. His incredibly strong knowledge will be vital as we continue our ambitious plans to grow and develop interior solutions for our clients. As our business continues to grow, and as we expand the range of services we offer, we will be investing further to reflect our growth ambition.”
Elsewhere, MIRA Technology Institute’s operations director Lisa Bingley is set to join the body responsible for the development of high-profile T-Level qualifications and apprenticeships as a panel member for engineering and manufacturing.
Bingley will join the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education as part of team led by Dr Graham Honeyman CBE, chief executive at Sheffield Forgemasters, that includes representatives from E.ON UK, Jaguar Land Rover and the Ministry of Defence.

She said: “I am delighted and honoured to have been selected to join the engineering and manufacturing route panel for the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education and look forward to making an impact at this critical time for British industry and education.”
The MIRA Technology Institute was built with a £9.5 million allocation from the Local Growth Fund, a pot of government funding awarded to the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership for projects that benefit the local area and economy.
