Build-to-rent firm strikes productive new partnership

Wise Living, the build-to-rent (BTR) division of Nottingham-based SDL Group, has announced a new partnership with Keon Homes.

The collaboration will see the two companies join forces to deliver a new 40-apartment residential development in Coventry which is due to launch in Spring 2021.

Keon Homes works with partners including registered providers and local authorities to build social housing schemes and homes for the PRS market.

Wise Living recently received a £33 million funding boost from ICG-Longbow to accelerate its growth plans.
