Two Nottingham companies have moved into new premises on Abbeyfield Road in the city after deals brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Ecommerce firm Pivotal Impartment have taken a 40,000 sq ft warehouse, while HR firm Kingfisher Professional Services has let a 3,500 sq ft office.

Andy Yang, director of Pivotal Impartment, said: “We are very pleased with the quick entry, it helped our business a lot with last year’s space emergency.”

Chris Proctor of FHP’s industrial agency team, said: “Having dealt with Andy Yang previously in 2017 when letting him his warehouse on Mark Street, Sandiacre we were quickly able to identify Abbeyfield Road as an excellent location for his e-commerce business expansion. I wish Pivotal Impartment Limited all the best with their expansion”.

Thomas Szymkiw of FHP’s office agency team, said: “This fantastic office building, located on Abbeyfield Road presented a rare opportunity for Kingfisher to move operations over from Grantham to Nottingham and provides them a modern office building in a prominent location, fronting the A52 Ring Road.

“It is ever more pleasing that the company has decided to make such a key decision during these challenging times and I wish them all the best for the future.”

Innes England was joint agents on the deal.
