Nottingham recruiter targets US expansion after landing private equity deal at £100m valuation

Nottingham-based recruitment firm Metric Search is accelerating its US expansion plans after securing private equity backing in a deal valuing the business at £100m.

The investment from Southfield Capital follows a period of rapid growth for the executive search specialist, which operates across sectors including data centres, life sciences, infrastructure and engineering.
