Materials handling firm expands in Derbyshire

Materials handling firm Rollstore is expanding after buying a 3,933 sq ft premises at Heanor Road in Loscoe, Derbyshire.

Rollstore is situated on the Heanor Gate Industrial Estate.

Russ Brown of Rollstore said: “Our existing facility was overflowing at the seams and we wanted to buy premises in the nearby area to accommodate our expansion. This property gives us the option of adding additional buildings in the future.”

The deal was brokered by Tim Richardson of FHP. He said: “It is not often that a large site becomes available with plenty of outside yard space and expansion potential. We
were pleased to be able to agree terms and the site can now accommodate Rollstores continuing expansion.”
