Landmark Leicester building to be sold for £1.5m
The Leicester Colosseum on Melton Road in Leicester is up for sale.
One of the city’s landmark buildings is being markered by FHP and Knight Frank.
The 18,729 sq ft art deco building on Leicester’s Golden Mile was constructed in 1933 and initially used as a cinema.
Since, it has been used as a bingo hall and most recently a shopping mall and banequeting hall with a capacity of 500.
The list price for the building is £1.5m.
