Jessica Place has been promoted to customer care manager. Place, who has worked for Rippon Homes for over three years, joined the company as an apprentice sales administrator and previously held the post of sales and customer care administrator.

Meanwhile, Clare Betts joins the team as a sales administrator. Originally from Shirebrook, Betts joined Rippon recently after previously working with another large housebuilder in a similar role.

Ian Dyke, managing director at Rippon Homes said: “I am delighted to welcome Clare to the team. She joins us from a very similar role and will be a great asset to our team here at Rippon Homes.

“Jessica is already settling in very naturally to her new position, which follows on smoothly from her previous role. It was essential to us to create this new role and it reflects how much importance we place on customer satisfaction and happiness.”
