Planning permission granted for city centre apartment building
Planning permission has been granted for a new development on Kedleston Road, near Derby city centre.
The development will consist of a four-storey apartment building comprising 14 apartments between the Jonty Farmer pub and the Brook Medical Centre.
Matthew Montague, lead architect at Matthew Montague Architects, said: “We are thrilled to have received planning permission for this development. Our team has worked diligently to create a design that not only enhances the local area but also provides high-quality living spaces for future residents.”
Planning documents underscore the planned features of the building, such as a landscaped buffer zone between the structure and the road to mitigate any impact on neighbouring properties.
