On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Bali Kaur and Chris Wright

East Midlands property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its Derby office with the appointment of two new team members.

Chris Wright has joined the firm as an associate director with Bali Kaur taking on the role of property administrator.

Wright returns to Innes England after working for three rival firms. He said: ““It is fantastic to be returning to Innes England and the agency team. I now have far more experience and knowledge under my belt and I am really looking forward to the opportunity to deal with much larger stock on a regional basis within a well-established company. I have lots of experience in the re-sale market which is a focus for Innes England in Derby and I am eager to bring my expertise to the table.”

Bali joins the team with more than five years of property administration experience. Previously employed at Sulets in Leicester as a property manager, she will be working at Innes England managing contractors, inspections and invoicing, among other duties.

She said: “I am thrilled to be part of the Innes England team and I am looking forward to taking on the challenges of my new role. I have always working in property but I am keen to develop a greater understanding of the industry and Innes England is the perfect place to do that.”

Nick Hosking, director at Innes England in Derby, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Chris and Bali to our team who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their respective roles.

“They have joined at a time of growth for Innes England and the Derby office in particular is continuing to thrive. We have seen many new hires over the past few months, allowing us to continue to meet the demands and needs of our clients.”
