Foxhall has Specsavers in its sights

A call centre for optical retail chain Specsavers has taken space at Foxhall Business Centres’ King Street building in the centre of Nottingham.

Specsavers’ move to Two King Street follows the recent expansion of its Nottingham-based call centre and support team, which had previously been located just across Old Market Square on Wheeler Gate.

Kim Ankrah, retail support manager for Specsavers Nottingham, said: “Our Retail Support Team now answer incoming calls for Nottingham, West Bridgford and Sleaford Specsavers, with the Bingham store joining us when it opens in March. The team currently consists of eight people, but we are looking to expand even further.”

“The management team at Foxhall Business Centres have been fantastic at welcoming us and we look forward to meeting the other businesses in the building.”

Specsavers now occupies almost 500 sq ft of newly refurbished office space at Foxhall’s King Street building.

Laura Morley, centre manager to Two King Street, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kim to our offices at 2 King Street, and it’s been a pleasure to manage the move in process. We look forward to supporting the team in the future and all at Foxhall Business Centres wish them every success.”
