Blenheim warehouse sold in NG deal

Commercial property specialists from NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a multimillion pound investment at a Nottingham business park.

NG has advised a private client on the sale of a 34,000 sq ft unit on Blenheim Industrial Estate to clients of Birmingham-based niche investment agents Collingwood Rigby.

The unit is let to two tenants – Trent Aerospace and FPS who have been in occupation since the estate was originally built by Wilson Bowden in 2007.
