Derby call centre creates 50 jobs

Derby-based call centre Webhelp will be creating 50 new jobs, after signing a deal with the Co-op.

Having secured a deal with the Co-op Group Facilities Team, Webhelp will act as its national operations centre. The new service will focus on a combination of voice, webchat and email customer communication.
