Traffic alert: A52 closed on Lincolnshire/Notts border
The A52 westbound in Lincolnshire is closed between the junctions of the A1 near the village of Barrowby and the A46 near the village of Saxondale, due to an overturned HGV. T
The vehicle has been righted and recovery efforts are underway. Highways England says it will re-open the road just as soon as it is safe to do so.
A diversion route is in place. Road users approaching the closure at Barrowby may join the A1 northbound towards Newark. At Newark, join the A46 southbound to then re-join the A52 at Saxondale.
