Gleeds appoints new director in Nottingham

Property and construction consultancy, Gleeds, has appointed David Spray as a director within its cost management team in Nottingham.

Spray re-joins Gleeds from Faithful & Gould, having originally started with the company as a graduate. He returns with over 24 years’ experience in the industry, during which he has worked alongside firms such as AstraZeneca, Tesco, Boots and Wilson Bowden. He has also been actively involved in managing new build and refurbishment projects at both Loughborough University and Nottingham Trent University.

Spray said: “I am delighted to be re-joining Gleeds and look forward to building on the company’s reputation in the East Midlands and further afield. I am confident in my ability to grow the business and add significant value to the cost management team. This is a new and exciting challenge but one that I can’t wait to embrace”.
