Care agency moves into West Bridgford office
Solo Support Services, a company which provides an alternative to traditional domiciliary care agencies, has moved into a 1,534 sq ft office at 20 Central Avenue, West Bridgford, directly above Carluccio’s.
The deal was brokered by by Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants in just five days.
He said: “This was a great deal to work on with a professional client in Carluccio’s and a well organised and commercially switched on tenant in Solo Support Services and their dDirector Max Kirk of Venus Estates. I wish Solo Support Services all the best in their new office in the heart of West Bridgford.”
Erin Peyman, property acquisition manager at Carluccio’s, said: “I want to thank Chris very much with all his help with the letting. We have been very impressed with the service provided by FHP and it was a pleasure working with them.”
