Trent Bridge building sold for £1.3m
A prominent retail building on Trent Bridge in Nottingham has been sold for £1.3m.
Acting on behalf of a private investor, Savills has sold 286-288 Arkwright Street to Carlton Street Trading – the firm which recently bought the former Peggers pub in Nottingham’s Sneinton Market.
The 8,668 sq ft building is let to Topknot Hair & Beauty and Arkwright Dry Cleaners and generates an annual rental income of £77,000.
