MAG Property sells East Midlands Airport warehouse

The property arm of the owner of East Midlands Airport, MAG Property, has sold a warehouse and yard to cargo industry services provider HAE.

The deal was brokered by Ian Muxlow at Savills and Tim Gilbertson and FHP.

MAG property estates manager at East Midlands Airport, Jason King, said: “It is fantastic that HAE will benefit from expanding their operations on-site at East Midlands Airport, the largest pure cargo airport in the UK.

“Our focus at MAG Property is to identify the most appropriate property solution to suit the individual needs of businesses and we’re proud to be supporting Heavyweight Air Express as they expand their business here.”

Director at HAE, Neville Karai, said: “Thank you to Tim Gilbertson and FHP and to his clients for facilitating our move onto the airport. This expansion is a great move for our company and continues our trend of business expansion and progression.
