Avant Homes has acquired a 26.7-acre site for the £32m Martins Reach development, which is located off Russell Drive.

Avant Homes Midlands managing director, Glyn Mabey, said: “We are very pleased to have been granted planning permission on our new site at Wollaton. Our plans for Martins Reach were well received by the planning committee and we are keen to begin construction.”
