Derby fireworks factory to be turned into flats

The Stay Company, which recently bought and upgraded three large Georgian townhouses on Friargate, is expanding with the purchase of the fireworks factory on Mill Street.

The shop, which sits directly behind the Stay company’s existing apartments, is to be converted into eight, two-bedroom apartments taking the the total number up to 29 apartments.

Each apartment will come with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining and seating area. Free private parking is also available on site.
