Ashby caterer wins £750,000 conference centre contract

Ashby-based caterer, Wilson Vale, has won a £750,000 catering contract for College Court Conference Centre at The University of Leicester.

Under a five-year deal, the firm will be providing catering services for conference guests and visitors, as well as catering for weddings and events. Wilson Vale first won the contract in 2013.

Steve Crawford, centre director for College Court said: “There is no doubt that Wilson Vale’s unique approach, their ability to forge close relationships and their passion for first class food and service are standards that fit very comfortably with our culture.

“We absolutely love having them on site. With their help and support we have built our reputation and a loyal client base that truly enjoy the fantastic food they deliver day-in, day out.”
