Housebuilder goes digital with new Derbyshire development

Miller Homes Midlands is going digital by launching its latest Derbyshire development exclusively online.

Launching on Thursday 28th June, Victoria Gardens in Melbourne will be the first development from Miller Homes Midlands to open using the housebuilder’s new online reservation system.

Comprising of 35 three, four and five-bedroom homes, this initiative offers buyers the chance to buy a home online on the first day of sales, prior to the opening of the marketing suite on site.

Miller East Midlands has already seen a total of 11 online reservations across the region, including five at Highfields in Littleover and one at Langley Country Park.

Alastair Parsons, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands said: “We are proud to be launching our first development in the Midlands which allows prospective homebuyers to reserve exclusively online.

“We always strive to offer our customers the best levels of service, and this is another way in which we’re demonstrating that they’re at the heart of everything we do.

“We’ve already had a huge amount of interest in the development and we are looking forward to welcoming yet more people through the doors when the on-site marketing suite opens at the end of July.

“A home at Victoria Gardens will allow buyers to enjoy the best of both worlds. The high street is thriving with its many independent shops and there’s also plenty of surrounding green space for those who enjoy the great outdoors.

“Nearby transport links to the M1 and A50 make it ideally suited to commuters, with Derby, Nottingham and Burton-Upon-Trent all in striking distance.”
