Expanding electrical firm relocates Derby trade counter

Alert Electrical has moved into Newmarket Court in Derby.

The firm which has three other branches in the East Midlands have moved into the new premises as part of a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP, said:

“Negotiating the acquisition of the building, assisting with the refurbishment and then re-letting the space has been hugely rewarding as it is lovely to see dilapidated buildings brought back into excellent order by clients, particularly when following advice given the acquisition and subsequent refurbishment results in three quick lettings to quality covenants providing long term income for our clients.
