Revealed: new images of 180-home Derby city centre scheme

How the new scheme will look

A development company which is planning a huge residential scheme on the banks of the River Trent in Nottingham has also revealed new images of plans for a Derby development.

Elevate Property Group has placed new images on its website outlining a development of 180 homes and apartments on Liversage Street in Derby city centre, in the Castleward area.

Elevate submitted the plans to Derby City Council in April. In them Hunter Page Planning, on behalf of Elevate Property Group, said: “The project seeks to re-ignite the regeneration of the Castleward area by providing a viable proposal for Plot C3 of the Castleward master plan

“It will create a development with a new mix of residential types to meet the demands of the area. It will deliver a sensitive new design of high quality that is appropriately scaled and detailed to its historic adjacent conservation area context.”

Elevate is behind a scheme to create hundreds of new homes at the Trent Bridge Quays development in Nottingham.
