Engineering firm pre-lets 10,000 sq ft office

Engineering firm ERIKS UK & Ireland has pre-let a 10,000 sq ft office building at LE3 in Leicestershire.

The deal was brokered jointly by Andrew and Ashwell and Innes England advising Brackley Property Developments, and Cushman and Wakefield representing ERIKS.

With four phases of the scheme successfully completed on the site, which will ultimately deliver 60,000 sq ft of office space, Brackley Property Developments is currently offering the final few plots for design and build. Work is now on site and completion is expected by April 2019.
