Green light for Nottingham gateway development

Nottingham architect Rayner Davies has been granted planning permission for 23 two-bedroom flats on what it is calling “one of the most prominent gateway sites into the centre of Nottingham”.

The scheme, on the corner of Gregory Street and Abbey Bridge, will be a single block development on the site of a former Red Cross building.

Wynbrook has been appointed to build the scheme and work is expected to start Spring 2019. The build will take 12 months to complete.
