Some 3,200 homes are set to built in a new garden village in Derbyshire after the Government announced a UK-wide £9m fundng package. The new village, near Sinfin, is set to be called Infinity and will receive £150,000 from the government to kick-start its construction. The Garden Communities project is expected to deliver 200,000 properties on large sites by 2050, and the Government latest funding will help get 21 sites ready for development.
