On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Beth Lyon, Tim Gladdle (senior partner), Isobel Mann, Sanveer Sandhu

Leicester-based law firm Bray & Bray has made three new appointments.

Joining the firm’s head office in Leicester are commercial property associates Sanveer Sandhu and Beth Lyon, while wills, trusts and probate specialist Isobel Mann joins Bray & Bray’s Market Harborough office.

Bray & Bray’s senior partner and head of company commercial law Tim Gladdle said: “These high-profile appointments are in response to a sustained increase in client instructions across the firm, particularly for our commercial property and private client teams. Their complementary and proven specialist skills and experience will further enhance our high level of client service and are a clear indicator of our focused strategy for sustainable growth and continued excellence.”

Nicola Clarke

Nottingham-based law firm Nelsons has added to its commercial property team.

Nicola Clarke, who previously spent almost four years working for Nelsons as both a residential conveyancer and trainee solicitor, has re-joined Nelsons from Browne Jacbson a year after qualifying.

Clarke said: “Returning to Nelsons was an easy decision for me to make as I loved my time here before. It is a really exciting time to be joining Nelsons – the Nottingham office has just undergone a complete refurb, our new branding has recently gone live and Nelsons is continuing to invest in IT systems and technology.

“Nelsons has a well-established and well-respected commercial property department across all three of its East Midlands offices and I’m delighted to have joined the Nottingham team. I pride myself on delivering a high-level service.”
