Property company takes on new HQ

Leicestershire-based property development company, Kaplan Property Group (KPG), has relocated from Market Harborough and expanded its senior management team after leasing new offices at Kibworth Business Park.

The housing specialist has also appointed William Savage as technical director as it continues its growth strategy.

According to KPG property director Michael Gisborne, the investment in the new premises will allow the company to bring all members of staff into one building.

Gisborne said: “The company outgrew its previous office premises with the need to further strengthen the senior management and support team.

“This is a very exciting time for the business with a secured pipeline throughout 2019–2022 which commits us to the delivery of circa 450 residential units with a development value in the region of £67m.

“Such a commitment requires an investment in infrastructure and people and the company has sought to secure both with this relocation and by bringing William into the team.”
