A Nottingham company which sells furniture made from reclaimed wood has bought its own premises.

Eat Sleep Live is set to move into 2 Nuthall Road in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants on behalf of Beck House Investment.

Managing director of Eat, Sleep, Live Ltd, Mark Godsell-Fletcher, said: “The property is a big project for Eat Sleep Live, but we look forward to the challenge and seeing the business grow from 2 Nuthall Road.

“This is the kind of period building that would normally be demolished, and we would use the wooden beams for hand crafting our furniture. So we are extremely proud and excited about restoring this building to its former glory and moving in as Eat sleep lives new home.”

Chris Proctor and Steve Gillott of FHP Property Consultants said: “We are delighted to have concluded a quick and straight forward sale on behalf of our retained clients. Equally, it is a delight to see Eat, Sleep, Live expand in the local area and they have big plans to improve the premises and add value over the coming years.

“Myself and Steve wish Mark and his team at Eat, Sleep, Live all the best for the future”.

Kerry Elliott of Fraser Brown acted on behalf of the vendor and Amanda Gordon of Acton’s Solicitors acted on behalf of the purchaser.
