Big names sign property deals in Nottingham

Savills, on behalf of a Regional Pension Fund, has let Unit 4 at Riverside Business Park and two units at Lenton Lane Industrial Estate in Nottingham to Wolseley UK and Sandicliffe respectively.

Wolseley, the specialist builders’ merchant, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for 9,074 sq and will occupy Unit 4 on Centurion Way at Riverside Business Park.

Sandicliffe, the national motor car dealership, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for Units 1 and 4 on Harrimans Lane at Lenton Lane Industrial Estate. The business will occupy 8,955 sq ft, which it is currently fitting out.

Victor Ktori, head of office at Savills Nottingham, said: “Both Riverside and Lenton Lane provide fully refurbished good quality industrial space in well-established commercial locations within Nottingham. It is testament to the strength of both schemes that they have been able to attract top national occupiers and for this reason we expect to receive significant interest in the remaining available units.”
