On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Worksop garden building manufacturer, Kybotech, has appointed a new general manager to head up the manufacturing and operational side of the business.

Paul Copestick has joined the company from Kairos Group where he worked as group business improvement manager and prior to that, head of manufacturing for Synseal Group.

COO Christopher Palmer-Smith said: “We’re delighted to welcome Paul to the team and such a senior appointment reinforces how committed we are to build on the success of Kybotech and continue to grow.

“This role is critical to our future growth and expansion. Paul will be central in working with us to create a world class manufacturing facility using the latest technologies to improve outputs and increase efficiency.

“This is a great time for Paul to join the company and work with us to achieve the next stage of our business growth.”

Rob Hutton

Leicester-based company 3T Logistics has appointed a new sales director.

Rob Hutton brings over twenty years of experience working in the logistics sector in a range of customer-facing, commercial, managerial and leadership roles. His most recent position was at Kuehne + Nagel’s Military & Government Business Unit. Prior to that, Hutton worked in business development roles within CEVA and TDG’s 4PL division.

“Having worked across different industry sectors and with market leading organisations, I understand the need to deliver propositions that provide customers with tangible value in their supply chains,” said Hutton. “I am excited to be joining 3T with the clear objective of ensuring that customers enjoy the benefits of working with us.
