Senior appointment fires up Tank

Nottingham PR agency Tank has appointed Victoria McNaughton as client development director.

McNaughton joins Tank having relocated from Manchester, bringing over 10 years’ experience working both client and agency-side for brands including O2 and Playstation.

As well as supporting existing Tank clients with commercial development strategy, she will lead new business development for Tank, which last year invested £1m into its new Lace Market office.

“To date, Tank has become one of the Midlands’ most successful digital PR agencies, largely as a result of great work and by developing its impressive network,” said McNaughton.

“I want to deliver more value to the existing client base and help the agency to expand into its target vertical sectors in the UK and overseas. I spoke to a number of agencies before meeting Tank, but nothing really compared with the unique culture that jumps out at you as you walk through the front door here. Tank reminds me of some of the more dynamic agencies in Manchester that I dealt with, doing things very much their own way – it feels like home.”
