Derby software firm snapped up by international group

Derby-based Warwick International cloud software firm Warwick International has been sold to Civica Group.

The business’ software-as-a-service (SaaS) supports organisations in their responsibility for employee safety and wellbeing. Warwick International will join the Health and Care division within Civica.

Civica Group is a specialist system and outsourcing services company headquartered in London in the United Kingdom. It services around 1,800 customers worldwide with offices in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, India and Singapore.

Geldards advised Warwick International on the deal.

The Geldards team was led by Partner Paul Feenan, who both dealt with all aspects of the transaction alongside Sarah Bailey, solicitor, corporate and Kylie Wood, solicitor, commercial property.
