Selling agents appointed to Trent Bridge Quays scheme

FHP Waterside Living has been appointed to sell a new development of residential properties overlooking the River Trent in Nottingham.

Elevate Property Group and JV partner Investin have chosen the Nottingham-based firm to act as selling agents on the 95-unit Trent Bridge Quays scheme, which includes 74 apartments in 5 apartment blocks, an apartment fronting Meadow Lane next to Turneys Quay and 21 town houses.

nmcm is due to complete the scheme in summer 2020.
