Property duo finalise acquisition of eight-acre site
Trebor Developments and Hillwood have finalised the acquisition of an eight-acre employment site in Northampton, complimenting their existing 8-acre holdings.
This creates a combined development site spanning 16 acres, where Trebor intends to submit a planning application for a single industrial unit measuring approximately 328,000 sq ft.
The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2025 and is being developed on a speculative basis.
James Drew, Trebor development director, said: “We are delighted to be bringing forward this 330,000 sq ft single unit in Northampton, a prime golden-triangle location. Having secured this further land off the market we will shortly submit planning and are looking forward to further detailed discussions with occupiers on both a freehold or leasehold bases.’
Drake Commercial, Knight Frank, and TDB Real Estate offered advisory services to the landowner during the transaction.
