Gemma Walton, Stanley Dunthorne, Martin Jones, Rebecca Bull

Digital marketing agency Hallam has added to its team by taking on one new digital marketing expert, as well as welcoming back three returning members of staff.

Martin Jones brings nine years of digital marketing experience to the business with more than four years’ specialist expertise in designing and delivering paid advertising campaigns.

Hallam welcomes back Gemma Walton who completed an eight week internship at Hallam. Following her graduation with a first class degree from the University of Nottingham, she was offered employment in the newly-established Demand Generation team. Hallam say it is currently accepting applications for its 2020 internship and placement opportunities.

Returning from an eight month sabbatical leave of absence is SEO specialist Stanley Dunthorne. He worked with Hallam for over two years before benefiting from a sabbatical spent travelling around the world.

Rebecca Bull resumes her role as a content consultant following a year’s maternity leave. Bull graduated from the University of Nottingham with an MSc in Biochemistry, and she has more than ten years’ experience copywriting experience for organisations including Boots.

She said: “Hallam’s flexible working policy has made it possible for me to juggle work with looking after a toddler. Knowing we can all choose to work from home when I needed is reassuring, and it certainly helps me to use my time more efficiently.”

Founder and CEO Susan Hallam said: “We take great pride in hiring exceptional people, and I take real personal pleasure in welcoming colleagues back from time away from the office participating in enriching personal experiences. And we are delighted to do all we can to ensure our colleagues have a good balance in their personal and professional lives, which can take many forms including family responsibilities, sabbaticals, and continuing education.”
