Knights takeover could see admin and back office jobs go at Fraser Brown
Administrative and back office jobs could go and Fraser Brown following its acquisition by Knights.
Acquisitive listed law firm Knights announced the deal on Friday morning (14 February). The £8.3m deal will see the Fraser Brown name disappear as the practice rebrands to Knights.
A spokesperson for Knights told TheBusinessDesk.com: “There is no definite number of job losses or when they will happen, but any that happen will be administrative and back office roles.”
Earlier on Friday, Knights announced that including the delivery of cost synergies, its Board expects Fraser Brown to deliver a profit before tax margin in excess of 15 per cent.
