Manufacturing group completes double sale

Crosslink Technology Holdings, the Nottinghamshire-headquartered manufacturer and distributer of highly engineered polymer products, has completed a deal to sell two of its businesses to international companies.

The group has disposed of Burton-based vibration control and energy management firm Silentbloc to Dellner Woodville, a subsidiary of Sweden’s Dellner Bubenzer Group, while Retford-based Icon Aerospace Technology has been sold to US firm Integrated Polymer Solutions.

The corporate finance team at Midlands-based accountancy and business advisory firm Smith Cooper advised the shareholders of Crosslink Technology on the deal.

Legal advice was provided to the vendors by Pinsent Masons.

Dan Bowtell, corporate finance partner at Smith Cooper, said: “Dellner Woodville and Silentbloc share a strong focus on technological innovation, and the partnership will undoubtedly help in the development of highly innovated polymer engineered solutions and increase the competence and capabilities within both companies.

“Both organisations are technological leaders and I look forward to watching Dellner’s Polymer Solutions division excel.”
