Website development firm buys entire business park

A Retford website development firm has bought a group of offices in the town in a seven-figure deal.

Bubble Design and Marketing has acquired Amelia Court, part of the Randall Wall Business Park, and has plans to expand its presence there.

Chris Peacock, managing director of Bubble Design and Marketing, said: “This is a great acquisition for our group of companies.

“We already owned one of the units on the estate, and due to growth in our website design and development services we require more office space.

“This is a sound investment that allows us to expand our services to more local and national businesses.”

Fisher German advised the vendor on the deal. Ben Flint of the firm said: “We are very pleased to complete the sale of Amelia Court Business Park.

“Randall Way is a prominent location which has long been popular with the local business community.

“The sale demonstrates that there is still some confidence in the market for willing investors during this uncertain period, and shows the market is still holding strong for good quality investments.”
