Yacht Club Riverside developer appoints health and safety team

Developer KMRE Group has appointed the safety, health & environment team at MAC Construction Consultants to deliver client advisor and principal designer services on The Yacht Club Riverside development in Nottingham.

The project, on the River Trent between West Bridgford and the city centre, will include 81 apartments ranging between one and three bedrooms.

Construction is now on site and expected to complete in spring of next year.

Richard Dryden, national lead for safety, health & environment (SHE) and project services at MAC, said: “This development will deliver high-quality modern apartments that currently aren’t available in this area of Nottingham and with 40% of the apartments already sold, they are clearly in high demand.

“We are continuing to develop a successful relationship with KMRE Group, and we are also working closely with the team to deliver a project in Leeds.”
